When a hobby meets passion

I started smoking foods when I received an offset smoker as a gift a few years ago, ever since that first cook I have become hooked. I loved the long cooks, tending the fire, honing my skills, and the most enjoyable part, feeding people delicious foods, seeing the smiles as they eat. Since then I have found myself wanting to feed more people, sharing the flavors and tastes of smoked foods cooked over wood and coals like it originated. Follow me as I cook more and more, Hopefully reaching my goal of opening a food truck to really share the taste and smells of Redfoot Smokehouse.
